If so, here is your opportunity to join our team...s This position will trouble-shoot, repair, maintain and install electrical/electronic systems in accordance with the manufacturing of 3-piece steel cans. Equipment includes body makers, punch presses, vision systems and conveyor systems. Responsibilities include following all local, state and federal electrical codes. Documentation of problems and maintenance of equipment and facility systems are also required. This position will also provide training for equipment operation and safety precautions. Responsibilities also include installing and maintaining new and existing electrical wiring within the facility.ss

Industrial Electrician

This hourly job opportunity is at our Alsip, IL Aerosol plant. The primary responsibility is to maintain and troubleshoot electronically, various high speed packaging equipment and plant infrastructure. This includes:s

f~ Inspect/Repair Electrical Equipment/Circuits

f~ Install/Rewire Electrical Equipment/Circuitss

f~ Ability to repair electrical wiring, lights, motors & circuitry

f~ Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specificationss

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

s• Knowledge of bending and installing conduit (both rigid and EMT)

• Knowledge of burning, welding and working with metal

• Knowledge of Allen Bradley/Direct Logic PLCTMs is required

• Knowledge of integrated Window software to analyze AC/DC systems

• Knowledge of single and 3-phase systems (up to 440 volts)

• Knowledge of programming logic
