Description: Registered Nurse Cath Lab
Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Registered Nurse is responsible for directing and coordinating members of the care team, focusing on the provision of individualized quality patient care consistent with organizational standards. Develops the patient plan of care in partnership with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patient/family. This job is responsible for providing cath lab nursing care of adult patient populations undergoing cardiac procedures in the cath lab to include inpatient, outpatient and emergent.
Education/Work Experience Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Previous cardiac cath lab experience or a minimum of two (2) years critical care experience within the past three (3) years in an acute care setting.
Licensure/Certification:
Current Licensure as an RN in the State of Arizona or Nurse Compact State. Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification or within six months of hire.
