Description: Telco bliling SME with emphasis on CABS and Mediation functional areas: Excellent knowledge in billing domain (Billing, data mediation, CABS, EBPP etc) (Over 7 years) Excellent knowledge of business process flows and rules for invoice generation, payment processing, collections, BOBO billing and settlements etc (over 5 years) Optional Skill set: Experience in interfacing with ACH/CC/payment aggregator (Agent walk ins etc) systems ( over 1year) Kenan BP implementation (over 2 years) Experience with Siebel (over 1 year)- Kenan BP integration, CBM (eDocs) experience Telco Billing SME - 6-8 years of billing requirements for telco organizations covering residential, business, wholesale and carrier customers. - billing products and configruation, business rules and operational processes. - Familiarity with RBOC systems and processes - Ability to capture requirements, Use Cases and system specifications/processes -Ability to work with vendor teams.
