Role                :QA Tester with Banking experience

Location         : Mount Laurel, NJ

Duration         : 6+ months

Minimum work experience:> 10 Years

 

Job Description:

Key skills required for the job are:

• Application Test Consulting (Mandatory)
• BA QA (Mandatory)

• Organizational Change Management
• Banking Domain
• Understand Business requirements by interacting with business stake-holders and translate this to technical requirements for Testing team
• Act as an advisor to the customer by reviewing existing processes, resources and systems and assessing the current test maturity
• Recommend changes to improve the existing processes and systems to improve the test maturity. Oversee changes.
• Define Transformation Goals that are aligned to the technical requirements
• Define and communicate engagement level transformation strategies, principles and procedures to all stake-holders
• Bridge the gap between Business teams, development teams and the Testing team by a strong Communication plan
• Create a system to evaluate the success of the changes made within the QA team and present these with the measurements
• Define and Implement operational changes and deliver measurable Quality Assurance improvements
• Direct the Testing team in driving the technical solution definition in alignment to the technical requirements
• Provide technical leadership during crucial, early phases of a client initiative, focusing particularly on requirements gathering and solutioning, at engagement level
