Skill1 - Networking and Infrastructure
· Good Understanding of Networking concepts and protocols Configure routers which includes assigning ports as per the IP addressing schema.
· Basic Administration of any OS and/or Database and/or web/web application servers Scripting: Shell or Perl Understanding of networks and networking protocols Tools: Solaris, Linux, HPUX, Windows, Oracle, SQL, MSQL, Sun One/IBM/IIS webservers, Web sphere/Web logic Application Servers
Skill2 - Managed Security Services - MSS
· Should have basic understanding of firewall, IDS, Basic knowledge on Security Operations Fundamentals
· Should have basic understanding of network protocols First level Security operation support for security operation center Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards Basic knowledge about regulatory standards(SOX, HIPPA, ISO 17799 First level Troubleshooting the incidents & problems Validating change requests Validating technical issue resolutions Follow-up of security issue resolution Coordinate with customer internal teams Service and operational reporting Generating regular reports 24/7 Operation Support
· Excellent communication skills
Skill3 - ITIL Documentation
· 3-5 years process consulting experience in service management domain.
· Done process consultancy.
· Undertaken process due diligence or process maturity.
· Done process documentation for L1, L2, L3 & L4 processes.
· Done process mapping/design/improvement.
· Exposure to business process re-engineering Certifications - (All Must) ITIL Practitioner ITIL Masters ( a must if ITSM experience is less than 3 years) ISO 20000 Foundation, SQMF
