Sharepoint Developer
Duration: 3-month contract
Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
Location: Onsite – Maplewood, MN (schedule TBD; morning availability preferred)
We are seeking a SharePoint & Engineering Process Portal Specialist to design and build a global Engineering SharePoint site that will serve as a centralized hub for Project Engineers, Project Engineering Managers, Plant Operations, Engineering Systems & Technology, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and structure a global Engineering SharePoint site with multiple pages and intuitive navigation.

Create and organize content to support Capital Engineering workflows and governance standards.

Develop and link Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) within the SharePoint environment.

Build process documentation and flowcharts to clearly illustrate engineering workflows and procedures.

Integrate Power BI dashboards to display critical engineering and operational metrics.

Ensure the site is user-friendly, structured, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience building and configuring SharePoint sites (SharePoint Online preferred).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience creating process flowcharts (Visio or similar tools).

Experience integrating or embedding Power BI dashboards into SharePoint.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Education

Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
