Title: SAP Sales & Distribution Functional Consultant

Location: Hybrid - San Ramon, CA or Dallas, TX

Duration: 6-12 Months

 

Note: Required Oil and Gas Industry domain experience

 

Job responsibilities:
- Participate in the SAP-related software development lifecycle, with a focus on evergreen support of existing solutions

- Implement enhancements requiring significant knowledge of enabled business domains, workflows, and processes

Technical Capabilities:
- Hands-on deep functional expertise in the Sales and Distribution(SD) module with some exposure to the MM module (material master, inventory management)
- Understanding of Sales and Logistics business process from a customer’s perspective
- Independently analyze requirements and implement solutions from design to deployment.

- Ability to understand customer customizations with minimal guidance/supervision
- Troubleshoot issues by debugging SAP programs (basic ABAP familiarity)
- Work on SAP integrations e.g., IDOC, OData/APIs

Nice to have experience:
- Fiori Apps

-SAP IS-OIL

Deliverables:
- Maintain the highest levels of development practices including solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
- Work closely with scrum team (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team Members) and other integrated teams
