Contract Manager, requirements are as follows: Job requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in computer, telecommunication, electronics, engineering, economics, international business, international trade, legal, business English, etc. and English could be used as work language(CET-6 or above). 2. At least 6 years’ work experience in business management, contract management, project cost, project management or related industry sales, contract commercial, legal, international trade work experience. Turnkey project or EPC-FIDIC project experience is preferred. 3. Good ability of organization coordination and communication. A strong sense of team work, with dedication to hardworking. Overseas work experience or accepting long-term expatriates is preferred. 4. Good command on computer operation, be familiar with MS OFFICE software. Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for establishing service and billing standard clauses and standard contract text, participating pre-sale over-standard clauses negotiation and improving contract quality. 2. Responsible for contract information management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of contract information, supporting the inquiry for key business information by contract application department. 3. Responsible for monitoring and managing contract fulfillment progress information ( including contract information registration, production, delivery, consignment, installation, PAC, commercial launch, FAC, billing, collection, contract closure or termination and etc), supporting information inquiry and abnormal problem handling, providing the one-stop information service from PO to Cash. 4. Responsible for all custom interface contract variation, claim management, ensuring project delivery by contract and opportunity for maximizing margin. 5. Responsible for billing plan management, ensuring the promptness and accuracy of supporting data in accounts receivable and revenue recognition. 6. Responsible for establishing risk management mechanism of contract fulfillment, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring, ensuring the early identification and control of contract risks. 7. Responsible for all custom interface contract close management, including: collection and review of contract close supporting documents, tracing of close status, supporting FAC and collection, avoiding contract risk.
