Job Title: Citrix EUC Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Job Description: 

Roles and responsibilities:

·         Support End User Migrations to VDI Platform – Roll out of Think clients – Hands and feet support.

·         Citrix Platform Support

·         CITRIX Health Checks

·         VDI Provisioning 

·         VDI Image Updates (PVS and MCS)

·         CITRIX Infra Health Checks

·         Troubleshooting VDI connectivity issues 

·         Troubleshoot VDI Performance / functionality related issues 

·         Help Service Desk with VDI related queries and provide first level KT on VDI troubleshooting

·         Build, Configure & Manage DELL Thin Clients

·         Create Process documents and SOPs

·         Create KB articles based on migration findings 

·         Knowledge on SCCM, Patching , OSD

·         Laptop Build and configuration

·         This role demands extensive hands and feet support to install, configure and administer HW assets.

 

Required Skills: 

·         Strong hands on experience with working on CITRIX Platform, any related certification is added value

·         Understanding CITRIX Xen-Desktop concepts and experience managing estate with client OS

·         End User migration Experience 

·         Windows 10 Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting

 

Desired skills:

·         CITRIX Administrator

·         CITRIX Image management  (PVS, MCS)

·         Experience of working on User profile management tool/s

·         Windows 10 

·         DELL WMS Management Support

·         SCCM  - OSD, Patching
