Product Owner / Analyst

Remote Role

Long Term

 

Description: Write requirements/user stories, partner with various stakeholders to develop solutions, analyze and present findings/solutions for complex problems, come up with new ideas in support of product manager/lead to improve the member experience, effectively communicate to stakeholders and leaders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       Writing and gathering requirements based on customer needs

·       Conducting analyses in order to solve moderate to complex problems

·       Supporting solutioning efforts for problems/requests

·       Supporting User Acceptance Testing as needed

·       Reviewing analytics feedback to support product strategy and future enhancements

·       Support Product Manager / Product Owner on all initiatives

·       Partner with QA / UAT team to ensure deliverable is properly tested and meets product requirements

·       Partner with UX team to create the optimal member experience based on product requirements

·       Present and communicate new initiatives and enhancements to stakeholders

·       Review requirements and confirm alignment with both internal and external partners

·       Telehealth experience

·       Clinical experience

SOFTWARE TOOLS AND SKILLS

 

·       MS Office (Required)

·       CA Agile (Preferred)

·       Aha! (Preferred)

·       Adobe Analytics (Preferred)
