Role Overview:
· Lead full-stack Databricks implementations including front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, and solution architecture.
· Build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions in customer environments.
· Convert ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical designs and reusable implementation patterns.
· Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks solutions while collaborating directly with clients and business stakeholders.
· Drive end-to-end delivery, build customer trust, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ideal Candidate:
· Hands-on builder mindset with 10+ Databricks implementation projects.
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
· Strong problem-solving, adaptability, troubleshooting, and ownership of delivery outcomes.
· Ability to represent engineering teams confidently in front of customer stakeholders.
