Hello,

We are currently hiring for a ServiceNow Solution Architect role. This is a remote opportunity and requires 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB).

• Perform platform administration, scripting, workflow customization, and upgrades.

• Support integrations (REST/SOAP, XML, AJAX) and ensure configuration consistency.

• Apply ITIL practices and Agile/Scrum methodology in delivery.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience across all major modules.

• Strong functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.

• Proven experience implementing ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Request).

• Strong communication, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.
