- Manufacturing Operations
& Logistics Seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
(D365 F&O) consultant with a focus on manufacturing operations and
logistics who can drive architectural enhancements within D365 and partner
with business teams to define and refine the requirements for those enhancements.
- The ideal candidate will
combine deep domain expertise in manufacturing and supply chain processes
with hands-on solution design, integration architecture, governance
capabilities, and a proven ability to drive projects to completion.
- This role requires leadership
in shaping target-state architectures, translating business needs into
robust functional and technical designs, and guiding delivery teams
through successful implementations.

8+ years of ERP experience with at least 4+ years implementing or
operating Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations) in manufacturing
and/or logistics environments.
- Deep domain knowledge in
manufacturing operations (production control, BOMs, routing, capacity
planning, MRP) and logistics (inventory, warehousing, order fulfillment,
transportation management, inbound/outbound processes; quality management
a plus).
- Strong architecture and
design credentials with hands-on experience in designing scalable D365
F&O solutions.
- Expertise in D365
F&O extension model, customizations vs extensions, Data Entities,
event-driven patterns, and ALM (Lifecycle Services) lifecycle management.
Proficient in integration design and patterns (REST/OData, Data Entities,
middleware, service bus, message queues) and external ERP/CRM, and EDI
environments.
- Hands-on experience
designing and delivering complex integrations: data mapping,
transformation, error handling, idempotency, orchestration, and
monitoring. Experience with middleware and integration platforms (e.g.,
Web Methods, Azure Logic Apps, … ) and/or custom integration services.
- Knowledge of EDI
(X12/EDIFACT), flat-file interfaces, API-based integrations, and secure
data exchange patterns.
- Solid SQL/ database
skills and ability to optimize performance and data models in D365
F&O.
- Demonstrated ability to
lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and on budget;
strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation,
communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to work across
business units and IT.
- Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Configurable products.
