Role: Kafka Developer

Locations: San Francisco, CA (Day 1 Onsite - Hybrid)

Client: Persistent

Duration: 12+ Months

JD:

· Performing issue analysis & providing solution on Kafka application

· Providing regular issue updates to required stakeholders

· Ability to prioritize support workload

· Operational activity planning

· Working with offshore team

· Assist with MDM strategy, Process Design, high level MDM architecture requirement and the implementation plan

· Performance tuning of Application, Database

Collaborate with various technical teams and business users for Development, QA, and Operations Support

Key Technical Skill:

· 9+ years of overall experience in I.T. with strong background in Java based application development

· 3+ years of Kafka development experience with Kafka streaming, Kafka connect, Kafka APIs and KSQL

· Experience in SOAP/Rest API development

· Experience in Spring Boot based development

· Experience in Microservices development on container based platforms, e.g. Openshift, Kubernetes

· Financial services domain exp preferred.

· 3+ years of experience in Oracle and Unix

· Exp with GitHub

· Strong with Oracle ,SQL & PL/SQL (Slicing and Dicing Data)
