·        Strong Java backend ownership
·        Modern React front-end leadership
·        Real AI integration experience (not just interest)
·        Architecture + coding (not ivory-tower architect)
·        Bay Area hybrid (important filter)

You’re looking for someone who:

·        Has 10–15 years overall experience
·        Has designed systems, not just features
·        Codes confidently in Java + React
·        Has used AI APIs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/LLMs) in production
·        Understands cloud-native architecture
·        Can talk to product + business stakeholders
·        Is still hands-on with all the above 

❌ Not a Fit if:

·        Pure backend Java architects (no React)
·        Frontend-heavy React leads (weak backend)
·        AI “enthusiasts” with no real integration
·        Managers who don’t code
