Job Summary
The client is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions within an enterprise environment. This role focuses on building scalable robotic process automation (RPA) workflows and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex datasets and multi-page documents into structured, actionable outputs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate
- Build attended and unattended bots to automate business processes and system workflows
- Develop document processing solutions to extract, analyze, and structure data from large and complex documents (including multi-hundred-page PDFs)
- Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, RESTful web services, and SQL databases
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and system architectures
- Perform data transformation, validation, and analytics on structured and unstructured datasets
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automation solutions in Azure environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
- Continuously improve automation processes, performance, and reliability
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights using data analytics tools
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development
- At least 4 years of experience with Blue Prism, including development of attended and unattended bots
- Strong experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs and databases (REST services, SQL)
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including document processing
- Proven ability to build reports and perform data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure infrastructure and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows)
- Proficiency in Java programming
- Experience with Power BI and advanced SQL
- Familiarity with Azure AI or Cognitive Search
- Blue Prism Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
