We
are seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst 3 with strong GitHub
Enterprise and DevSecOps expertise to support enterprise application
development initiatives.
This
role will focus on GitHub platform administration, CI/CD automation,
security governance, and DevSecOps enablement across the software
development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with development,
security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable, and standardized
development practices.
Key
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage GitHub Enterprise (Cloud or
Server) environments
- Implement and maintain access controls (RBAC),
SSO/SAML, and branch protection policies
- Design and develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
Actions and YAML workflows
- Integrate GitHub workflows with cloud platforms (AWS
preferred)
- Implement DevSecOps best practices across
development pipelines
- Manage GitHub Advanced Security tools (CodeQL,
secret scanning, vulnerability management)
- Perform audit logging, compliance reporting, and
access reviews
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or
PowerShell
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into
technical solutions
- Document governance standards, best practices, and
developer guidelines
- Provide technical guidance and support to development
teams
Required
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Git-based version control
administration
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with GitHub
Enterprise (Cloud/Server)
- Strong expertise in RBAC, SSO (SAML), and repository
security strategies
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline
development
- Experience integrating CI/CD with cloud platforms
(AWS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure
SDLC
- Experience with audit logging, compliance, and
governance frameworks
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL,
Secret Scanning)
Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform,
Bicep)
- Knowledge of policy-as-code frameworks
- Experience creating technical documentation and
governance standards
- Experience conducting technical training or
enablement sessions
