variety of complex tasks while demonstrating a wide degree of creativity and
latitude. Minimum of 5 years serving as a liaison between Business stakeholders
and IT Teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.).
Strong background as a Data Analyst (analyzing raw data) and as a Business
Analyst (requirements gathering, technology understanding). Any project
management experience, especially PMP certification, is considered a strong
plus.

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user
needs while formulating systems aligned with business strategies. Experienced
in business process reengineering and identifying technology applications that
solve business challenges and improve efficiency. Skilled in industry-standard
business process mapping and reengineering practices. Prepares solution
options, risk assessments, and financial analyses (cost/benefit, ROI,
buy/build). Drafts detailed documentation of user needs, program functions, and
development steps for system modifications.

This role is for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in digital
transformation and business process reengineering (BPR). The analyst is
expected to analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to enhance
