Job Title: SAP Plan to Produce (PTP) Consultant

Location: Normal, Illinois (Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plan to Produce (PTP) Consultant to support a long-term onsite engagement in Normal, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP implementation experience and a deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and production planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP Plan to Produce (PTP) processes including production planning, manufacturing execution, and integration with upstream and downstream modules.

Participate in 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing and production requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Configure and support relevant SAP modules such as PP, PP-DS, MM, QM, and integration with SD as required.

Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP best practices.

Support data migration, cutover activities, and end-user training.

Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in SAP.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, procurement, and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience as an SAP Plan to Produce (PTP) Consultant.

Minimum 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects with direct configuration and deployment experience.

Solid understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and shop floor execution processes.

Experience working in onsite project environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Automobile / Automotive industry experience is a strong plus.

Experience in complex manufacturing environments.

SAP certifications in PP or related modules are an advantage.
