Role: HealthCare AI Product Analyst / AI Business Analyst

Location: Minneapolis MN (onsite)  

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements through interviews and documentation. Translates business needs into functional specs without AI-assisted mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document requirements via stakeholder interviews, workshops, and artifact review.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and backlog refinement materials.
• Support prioritization by clarifying scope, dependencies, and value/effort tradeoffs.
• Maintain JIRA/Confluence hygiene: epics, stories, definitions, and traceability.
• Partner with engineering and QA to ensure delivered features match intent and are measurable.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in software delivery environments.
• Healthcare Domain: Direct experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or UHG-specific business processes.
• Strong writing skills: clear requirements, specs, and structured communication.
• Experience with Agile tooling (JIRA) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
• Ability to create wireframes/process flows and communicate with technical teams.
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and managing ambiguity.

Preferred /Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML product requirements (evaluation metrics, human-in-the-loop workflows).
• Experience with analytics to define KPIs and instrument product telemetry.
