Answering and redirecting calls to relevant people and departments.
Assisting with client queries and directing them to appropriate
departments.
Welcoming clients, suppliers and customers into the reception area.

General office administration including Faxing, Photo copying, Typing,
filing, memos , notice board maintenance, in tray and out tray
maintenance of all departments.
Maintaining diaries and appointments to the department heads.

The ideal candidate:

A minimum of senior high school education
Previous experience as a receptionist and general administration
Well presented and outgoing
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Multi task orientated.
Speaks English fluently
Arabic speaking an advantage
General knowledge of MS Word and Excel
