I need help about salary in DUBAI

I recently offered a position in Dubai as a "CAD Technician" in a
foreign company (chinese)

but I confused about salary...
- What salary should I need If I have to pay for accommodation (2
beds.)
- and what salary should I need If the accomodation will be provided by
the company?

Any clue will help me.
