Senior HR Integration Analyst

and the ability to work across multiple HR technologies—not just Workday.
Candidates should have a solid software engineering mindset and experience
designing enterprise-grade integrations.
Position Overview
RSM US is seeking a Senior HR Integration Analyst with
strong experience integrating multiple HR technology platforms, not just
Workday. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in API-driven
integrations, software engineering fundamentals, and enterprise HR systems.
Workday serves as the system of record, while
Microsoft Power Automate and other integration technologies are used to
orchestrate and automate business processes. This is a hands-on role focused on
designing, developing, and troubleshooting enterprise HR integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design,
build, and support API-driven integrations between HR systems and
enterprise applications.
- Develop
and maintain integrations using both REST and SOAP web services.
- Work
with Workday as the system of record while integrating with other HR
platforms.
- Build
integration workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related
orchestration tools.
- Analyze
HR system data models, object relationships, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot
integration issues, data flow problems, and API connectivity.
- Ensure
secure integration design using Workday Integration Security (ISU/ISSG).
- Validate
XML structures, namespaces, and schema definitions.
- Collaborate
with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver scalable integration
solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+
years of experience in HR Systems Integration.
- Experience
integrating Workday and other HR Technology platforms (not Workday-only).
- Strong
