Location: Connecticut (Hybrid) or Tampa, FL (Hybrid) (Preferred candidates from these 2 locations)

Must-Have Skills

• 8–10+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business discovery, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in creating business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with business leaders, Product Owners, SMEs, and engineering teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• AI and Automation initiatives.
• Digital Transformation programs.
• Healthcare domain.
• CRM, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Growth initiatives.
• RFP/Proposal Management or Bid Management.
• Product Management and Backlog Prioritization.
• Enterprise-level cross-functional project experience.
