Job Title: UX/Communications Specialist

Duration:8 months

Location:Smithfield, RI, US

Qualifications:

Job Description:
- Should have good Change Management skills
- Should have excellent Communication skills (Writing, Relationship skills)
- Should have good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and prioritisation skills.
- Knowledge in Fidelity Social Media - Ribbit
- Should be a User Experience person

Responsibilities:
- Define Communication plan for the Governance and Engineering program
- Define Communication plan for overall Technology Risk group
- Creating a online community
- Managing Business Continuity during the change
- Preparing affected business areas for transition to the new way of working.
- Potentially implementing new business processes
