JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

JOB # 1

 

Position: Oracle Financial

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Duration: 12 Months

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Address the continuous influx of R11 issues that are logged by the end users via the help desk / Assyst ticket.
• Answer any support questions for the end-users using the current R11 system.
• Perform any set-up and configuration to R11 systems based on the changes approved in CCB / ESC.
• Support the team in defect testing and performing sanity checks in R12 as needed.

         Troubleshoot and resolve applications functional and technical issues.

         Develop ad hoc reports and queries using TOAD or SQL plus

 

Requirements: Knowledge on Oracle 11i and Oracle R12.  Experience with Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Receivables

 

JOB # 2

 

Position: Oracle CRM

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Duration: 12 Months

 

Title: Mid-Level Technical-Functional Oracle CRM Resource. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Address the continuous influx of R11 issues that are logged by the end users via the help desk / Assyst ticket.
• Answer any support questions for the end-users using the current R11 system.
• Perform any set-up and configuration to R11 systems based on the changes approved in CCB / ESC.
