JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Replacement position – need someone who can join immediately

 

Role : Middleware Engineer

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Description:

 

·         Provide maintenance and support specifically on Weblogic/Web sphere/TCServer/ ERS Server

·         Ability to take part in capacity planning

·         Have knowledge of UNIX and networking commands & Scripting knowledge

·         Perform day-to-day administration support of middleware technologies as required.

·         Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for middleware support.

·         Follows all middleware administration, Change, Release, Incident, Problem, Security, and Configuration Management processes, policies, operating plans.

·         Perform advanced root-cause analysis for middleware related incidents, problems, and enterprise improvements/integrations.

·         Solves and assists others in solving complex support problems, works with application and product vendors as needed, and escalates resolution when appropriate.

·         Gather, articulate, and document technical requirements or solutions relating to middleware architecture.
