Role – OPEN BMC FIRMWARE

Mandatory Experience – Candidate must have worked on OPEN BMC  with a minimum experience of 1 year

5+ Years’ Experience.   

• Experience working with AMI MegaRac BMC firmware base, development tools and workflows. Open BMC experience is preferred.
• In depth knowledge of IPMI 2.0 and DCMI 1.5 Specifications is required
• Knowledge of IPMITool and other user interfaces to the BMC
• Working expertise with the RedFish speciation and RESTFul interfaces
• Shall have significant functional experience and technical understanding of Platforms and storage.  
• Experience and a good knowledge of the industry and / or solution, and a strong track record in helping clients achieve success in these areas.    
• Responsible for developing test cases on the new or existing platform functional areas and integrate the tests within the validation plans. 
• Experience in test planning, test scripts and documentation. 
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies. 
• Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.          
• Hands-on experience in firmware verification and automated QA environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multifunctional teams
• Must be able to independently and cooperatively handle time and prioritize tasks as necessary while ensuring critical deadlines are met
• Continuously improving the existing environment. 

 

Must Have Skills - 

• Automation experience in open BMC. 
• Candidate should  have worked on Embedded  software - linux , kernel , multi threaded application, device drivers .
• Should have an experience on Open BMC are  - server management related >> infra structure server management / embedded software management.
• Will need to understand coding on x86 processor knowledge chip and embedded system. 

 

 

Role – Information Security Engineer

Location – Austin, TX. / Sunnyvale, CA.

• 5+ years developing scalable enterprise software
• Strong programming skills (ability to create efficient algorithms and data structures)
• Expertise in one or more of the following programming languages: Go, Java, C, Rust, Scala
• Expertise in the following scripting languages: Python, Shell script
• Expertise in one or more of the following query languages: SQL, NoSQL, SparkSQL
• Expertise in socket programming (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux systems (filesystems, system calls, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of version control and repositories such as Git, and CI/CD process
• Working knowledge of cloud and container based deployments, using AWS, Kubernetes etc. is a plus, but not a requirement
• Working knowledge of security and vulnerabilities is a plus, but not a requirement
• Driven to automate and continuously improve
