Position: Sr. Project Manager

Location: Mountain View, CA (Remote)

Duration: 6 Months+

 

Job Description

• 12+ years of experience in manage project plan and execution
• Develop and execute plans for the project test and production transition phases working with IT, business and external stakeholders
• Build and execute production transition plan
• Ensure production readiness plan completed and executed covering IT, external and business readiness
• Track and report test progress and issues
• Work with teams to resolve issues – must be proactive and take ownership on follow-ups, organize calls to review, chase up, escalate as necessary
• Prepare and report project status
• Run project team meetings
• Support organization change management and training activities as needed
• Track environment plan to ensure requirements for test, training phase are met
• Maintain project issues log (RAID), change requests etc.
• Maintain overall project status and report to Project and exec management
• Ensure required project documentation in place to support decisions, changes etc.
• Work with internal audit as necessary to ensure remain SOX compliant.
