Must have Skills:

Lotus Notes Developer with Hands on experience in DOMINO developing environment

Should have 5+ years of Notes Domino 6.x and up development Experience.

Domino development/Web enabling of Notes apps.

Strong knowledge of Lotus Script, JavaScript, Formula Languages, Web services, XML, HTML, X-Pages.

Strong knowledge of Notes security at database, document and field level. E.g. ACL’s, roles, author/reader fields, sections, encryption, etc.

Strong knowledge of Domino replication, replication formulas, selective replication, replication across separate Domino domains, etc.

Strong knowledge of Notes client installation and configuration.

Basic project management skills: Requirements gathering, technical documentation, user documentation, testing and development.

Basic Domino Administration skills.

Replic-Action, LEI or similar technology.

RightFax or similar technology
