Job Title: SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant

Location: Memphis, TN

Duration : Long Term Contract

Job Description

SAP HCM Consultant Job Responsibilities:

Analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions 

Configuration documentation, functional specification writing, hands-on configuration, and technical validation of resolution 

Provide support to enterprise implementation of SAP HCM payroll, time, and benefits modules

SAP HCM Consultant Job Requirements:

5+ years SAP HCM experience, specifically in the Payroll, Time, or Benefits modules

Need ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions, to include configuration documentation, functional specification writing, hands-on configuration, and technical validation of resolution 

Hands-on experience with global project implementations is a plus

Payroll and Benefits expertise should at least include US (nice to have Brazil, Canada, Poland, China as well)

Consultant will need to work onsite in Memphis for the duration of the engagement
