Required Skills:

4 + years of experience in integrating identity and access management technologies into client infrastructure and applications

4+ years of experience in managing and administering deployments of 11g identity and access management products

4 + years of experience in .net and Java development with object-oriented analysis, design and programming skills

Experience with federated identity and web services security concepts using SAML 2.0 and WS-federation protocols

Strong UNIX skills, understanding of Web Application frameworks and Load Balancing concepts

Experience in administering and configuring Weblogic servers

Experience with source code management and change control processes

Strong communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team

Experience with Active Directory or LDAP profile configuration

Adaptable to new technologies based on client requirements

Desired Skills:

Working knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Management, Oracle Identity Federation, Sailpoint, OKTA, Oracle Identity Analytics

Knowledge in Single Sign On functionality using IDM products and two or more years of experience in developing RBAC systems

Participate in defining and implementing overall access and authorizations security strategy, policies, and procedures
