Description:

The CBOS and UBOS implementations are a seamless integration of multiple best of breed systems. This position will study and understand the complete set of CBOS and UBOS business processes, integrations and automations that have requests for changes, fixes, and enhancements. Then, this position will write, execute, System Integration Testing (SIT), fix bugs, coordinate, and document the end-to-end integrations and automation. This includes integrating processes and systems including the telephony, tokenization, payments, and several other key integrations to automate customer service-related business processes.
