Position: Data Analyst with Healthcare Experience
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6+ month contract
Skills needed: Strong Excel skills, Tableau experience helpful
Description:
A data analyst is a highly trained individual that specializes in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various resources · Primary tasks of this position are compilation and analysis of data definitions, meaning, usage, labelling standards and other source system information to produce IT consumable information · Data analyst often takes on other additional roles. For one thing, he or she is expected to possess a certain degree of technical expertise with automatic data collection and reporting systems, including a capacity for program troubleshooting and system security measuresSummary of this role’s job duties:
• Manage the ESM shared mailbox, receiving and sending change requests
• Update the Demand Intake Tracker on SharePoint with key data
• Complete a weekly reconciliation between BC and the supplier’s 2 trackers
• Update a deck for a weekly internal meeting
• Identify and escalate overdue requests
• Respond to internal and supplier requests for information on status of requests
• Facilitate the exchange of information to move change requests along the process via email and conference calls
• Create ad hoc reports and presentations to support the Demand Intake process
