Position: Android Engineer

Location: Remote (MST)

Duration: 6 Months

Requirements:

· B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience

· 5+ years professional experience including 3+ years in building Android applications

· Strong experience in Kotlin, Java and Gradle

· Familiarity with and/or strong interest in learning o Media streaming technology, Audio and/or video fundamentals and encoding methods

· Experience with CI/CD for Android applications and libraries

Nice to have:

· Knowledge of video streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, etc.)

· Experience with Content Delivery Networks

· Previous applications or libraries built utilizing ExoPlayer

· Experience with JavaScript, Python, GraphQL, Docker
