IDEAL BACKGROUND: HealthCare Specific,
Customer focused, Flexible working hours, Ability to work directly with Nurse
Practitioners.

support and work outside of normal hours to deliver critical results and be on
call.
SOFT SKILLS: Patience with the NPs we work with, they are
non-technical individuals that need a little more hand holding when working

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support incidents, problems, enhancements, and
projects for Complex Care Management Applications
• Recommend, design and implement solutions for
incidents, problems and small projects
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the work
delivered by the team is of high quality standards
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and
optimize processes
• Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate
them as needed in a timely manner
• Effectively collaborate with numerous
technology and business teams across multiple locations
• Drive problem resolution and document root cause.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement
initiatives.
• Create and maintain support
documentation
• Participate in development activities to help
ensure quality deployments into production
• Work closely with stakeholders and business
leaders to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication,
productivity, and professionalism
• Rotating 24/7 On-call support
• Able and willing to work outside normal
business hours to address critical issues
