1. Overall experience of 6-8 years 
2. 4-5 years of experience in WCM platform (AEM, Interwoven, Vignette or any Java based WCM preferred) 
3. Very good exposure to Web development (HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS etc.,) 
4. Three or more years of experience Adobe CQ 
5. Should have done end to end implementation on Adobe CQ 
6. Migration from one WCM to other (Vignette or Interwoven to AEM preferred) 
7. Strong knowledge in Java and Perl
