Job Description:

Data Networks Consolidation UniteNY VoIP Deployment

Develop Agency Network tools including Solarwinds NCM/NPM.
Design, test, and implement a broad range of new network tools solutions, migrations & upgrades for ITS Enterprise and remote sites.
Perform evaluations on software/hardware intended to be added or updated within the ITS Enterprise infrastructure or at
ITS remote sites to ensure network continuity/compatibility.
Provide technical support, analysis & troubleshooting for ITS staff, customers and their business partners.
Responsible for maintaining and implementation monitoring solution for UniteNY VoIP deployment.
Assist with the transformations of agencies networks into ITS monitoring tools.
Assist with network configurations and ensuring all network equipment is being backed up on a nightly basis.

 

 

Candidates should have at least 60 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:

1.	60 months      Demonstrated experience with design, implementation and support of remote access solutions.	# of months	10
2.	72 months      Demonstrated direct working experience with design, implementation and support of a multi-vendor network environments, configuration and support of routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls	# of months	10
3.	60 months      Demonstrated direct working experience troubleshooting application issues using protocol analysis tools. (i.e. Wireshark ,Infinistream, Sniffer)	# of months	10
4.	72 months      Demonstrated direct working experience with design, implementation and support of Cisco wireless technologies, including both lightweight and autonomous	# of months	10
5.	60 months      Demonstrated experience in design, implementation and support of Network monitoring tools (Solarwinds NCM/NPM)	# of months	10
6.	72  months     Demonstrated direct working experience with design, implementation and support of WAN/LAN technologies, including Multicast, RIP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, Spanning Tree, LLDP and Link Aggregation protocols.	# of months	10
7.	60 months       Demonstrated experience with design, implementation and support of Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Prevention Systems	# of months	5
8.	60 months       Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and training applications including: Office 365, Solarwinds, Wireshark, and any Agency specific application needs.	# of months	5
9.	Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IS or equivalent. A copy of the Degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form 2.	# of months	5
10.	CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) A copy of the Certificate must be submitted with the Candidate Response.	# of months	5
