Peoplesoft functional consultant
1 year contract with possibility of extension
location:  Omaha, NE
interview: phone/skype

Job Description, Required Skills, Education, Experience:
Contribute to the overall strategic vision, and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding implementation and support;
Deliver accountabilities in accordance with approved SDLC processes;
Document system processes and requirements traceability;
Well versed in HCM functional testing. 
Deep understanding and must be an expert in reviewing compare reports, come up with test plans, test scripts and perform full end - to - end testing of PeopleSoft HCM suite that includes NA payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, ESS, MSS, Core HR, recruiting etc. 
Testing and functionality knowledge in PeopleSoft CRM HR Help Desk module is a plus
Lead or assist specific components of the the application configuration build and release process
Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as functional requirements documents and business process flows and support BPR activities to adopt the COTS products


Bachelor's and 6+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted for degree)
At least 1 full lifecycle PeopleSoft HCM implementation
Demonstrated mastery of multiple PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Core functionality
Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM
Proficient in HCM 9.2 Core HR, Self Service modules, Base Benefits, Ben Admin , Time & Labor and North America Payroll
Demonstrated work experience in defining, gathering and documenting business processes for PeopleSoft HCM
Experience in HR data analysis, writing requirements, defining business processes and user acceptance testing is required
Expert in testing PeopleSoft HCM enhancements, develop test plans and test scripts

Experience in PeopleSoft CRM HR Help Desk module is a plus 
Preferred Skills, Education, Experience:
