·                     10+ years of Java development including significant amount of Spring Boot, Mongo DB, Microservice Architecture, JSON, XSD, REST/SOAP, and JDBC

·                     8+ years of technical application development leadership experience in designing and coding

·                     Strong user of eclipse and Maven

·                     Demonstrated strong written communication skills in technical design

·                     Experience leading offshore developers to successful delivery
