Position : Sr. SFDC Consultant / Tech Lead or Manager
Location :Lincoln, RI
Duration : 1+ year

This position does not have business interaction. Responsibilities include:

• Providing insight into Salesforce product usage, functionality and capabilities. 
• Participation in estimating systems costs and ROI.
• Proactively seek to improve day-to-day efficiency and automate activities wherever possible
• The candidate will be expected to understand the current enterprise solution and how they are part of an integrated solution.  
  
• Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Management this position is responsible for development and elaboration of Sales and CRM business initiatives
  
• The candidate must be able to vet out enhancements and new product ideas with IT partners to expand the depth and breadth of Salesforce CRM, Platform, and Partner functionality.
  

Qualifications

• 9 Years of Oral IT Experience
• 4 to 5 Years of SFDC Experience
• 2 Years of experience as a Lead
• Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer
• Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Administrator
• Preferred background implementing / optimizing  Salesforce across multiple organizations
• strong hands on experience with SFDC
• Knowledge and experience of Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, 
• ready to work with offshore team
• The candidate must possess seasoned, hands-on, successful experience in design and development on the Salesforce platform.
  

EDUCATION:

• B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
