Required skills
• 9 years of experience in Visual Design and Front-End Coding, at least 3-4 years’ experience in UX Management position.
• Expert in Adobe CS, Axure (or other rapid prototyping tools), Web UI Technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 5, CSS, Font-Awesome library, etc…)
• Ability to present and pitch design solutions to UX leadership team, business stakeholders, partner stakeholders, and executives for review and feedback.
• Passion for creating world-class customer experiences and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Expert in MS Office
Responsibilities :
• Promote agile techniques into the design process
• Create & manage the design and experience guidelines; share UX guidelines across the portfolio level
• Help define the vision and intent of new initiatives
• Accomplishes visual design human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
