Job Description:
Technical Support and Sustained engineering across Windows and Linux applications and services Supporting Enterprise Software via Incident Handling and Service Requests Responsible for responding to customer requests and incidents through a standard ticketing process Performing maintenance on critical production servers The support associate is responsible for plan and implement changes in Production Maintaining enhancing revising documentation for supported applications Coordinate with vendor for respective 3rd party applications Communicate with stake holders the business impact of various incidents and change orders Sustained engineering work to maintain assets and resolve incidents at root 24x7 support for Critical incidents and Emergency requests.
