Job Description
Knowledge of communities & certified SFDC service cloud consultant. Worked with case entitlements and milestones, case feed including developing custom console components, and complete domain knowledge of sfdc declarative development SFDC Functional skills with Technical knowledge in Service Cloud including areas in APEX, Visual Force. Must be able to document functional and technical designs.
