Description:
Senior Business Systems Analyst for Global Treasury Project. Elicit and write
requirements, create business process models during Feasibility phase.
Participate in RFP creation.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst elicits requirements and analyzes business
needs and processes for highly complex projects.
Develops and validates solutions that fit within the long term strategic vision
and aligns business needs with technology solutions.
Develops project scope statements, elicits and defines business and functional
requirements, develops process models and identifies opportunities for
improvement.
Facilitates requirements elicitation and reviews.
Works with all project stakeholders including business representatives,
Architects, Application Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts.
Ensures quality in business systems analyst work products.
Manages project risks, issues and action items.
Clearly communicates project needs and requirements.
Excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication, diplomacy, strategic vision,
commitment, planning, ability to execute and deliver results.
Experience with business process modeling.
Experience with a requirements management and development tool such as Jama,
Visio and experience with iRise is desirable.
Other: Excellent analytic and communication skills. Process modeling. Meeting
facilitation. iRise. MS Office.
