Salesforce.com Tech Lead or Manager
Location :Lincoln, RI
Duration : 1+ year

Qualifications
This position requires a proven track record in partnering with the IT organization. Individual must possess expertise in Salesforce.com and a strong understanding of current IT systems and capabilities. The developer assists in the business process re-design and documentation as needed for new technology.
Competencies
Business / Technology Know-How
The candidate must possess seasoned, hands-on, successful experience in design and development on the Salesforce platform.
Experience with the following:
• Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer
• Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Administrator
• Preferred background implementing / optimizing Salesforce across multiple organizations
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and
Operational Support required
• Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs, SQL, RDBMS experience required
• Strong system development lifecycle experience
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes
across disparate systems
• Preferred experience Salesforce Application Exchange Products
• Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net) preferred
• Web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, SOAP,
AJAX preferred
• Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
• Experience with data migration and ETL tools such as Data Loader, Informatica is a plus
• Healthcare, Call Center experience is a plus
