Title                 : Java Developer  

Location         :  Farmington Hills , MI

Duration         : 6+ Months


Mandatory Skills : Test Driven Development (TDD) exp including Junit testing

 

Note: Strictly no OPT’s/EAD’s

 

Description: As part of our team you will be challenged to deliver reliable and scalable features and enhancements to our web applications.  You should have a broad knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies with an eye towards code quality and maintainability.  We primarily write code in Java and JavaScript, but we will consider all candidates with a strong grasp of object-oriented design.

 

Requirements:

·         Fluent in one or more object-oriented language, Java or C# preferred

·         Familiar with modern HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

·         Familiar with data structures, relational databases, and have the ability to quickly grasp new languages, frameworks, and APIs

·         Familiarity with the Spring core framework

·         Understanding of design patterns, domain driven design, test driven development

·         Experience using version control systems such as CVS or SVN

 

Note: Excellent communication skills required. There will be a phone screen, online tech assessment and a higher level tech screen by Sr Developers. For Java Developer they will have to do a coding exercise and then a tech call with end customer
