Visa OPT EAD, GC , GC EAD or USC only

Job Description:
Project Manager/Coordinator

Monitor and maintain project plan in MS Project

Assist in coordinating status reporting on plan progression

Assist in coordinating status reporting on budget
Manage project communication plan
Coordinate project meetings
Participate in all project stakeholder meetings

Document actions and decisions from meetings

Provide administrative support as needed

Mandatory Skills:
Strong Project management skills
Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Experience with SAFe methodology
Experience with Zoom for scheduling and hosting meetings
Experience preparing reports for executive level management
