Our Direct Client is looking for a Network Analyst (Audio & Video) for a long-term contract role in Lawrenceville, GA(Onsite)(C2C/1099).

Job Title : Network Analyst(Audio & Video)

Location : Lawrenceville, GA

Type : Contract

Position Description: This position is responsible for providing Audio & Video technical support. Incumbents coordinate and respond to service requests, assist with Cisco Webex/telepresence systems, and maintain Webex, Zoom, and Google meeting applications.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in a Cisco network/Telecom Environment preferred
• Experience working with Avaya, Siemens, and/or Rolm systems a plus
• Telecommunications systems administration principles
• Provide customer support for AV systems such as Cisco Telepresence endpoints, projectors, TVs, video matrix systems, Crestron systems, and audio systems.
• Previous experience working as an AV technician.
• Experience with creating/modifying macros for Cisco Telepresence endpoints and Crestron is a plus.
• Provide customer service
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on systems
• Maintain records and prepare reports

As this is an On-site job we only preferred local candidates from Georgia or the candidates who are truly interested and open to relocation with a strong reason for that and currently living within 2 to 3 hours of the driving radius of Lawrenceville, GA.
