Roles and responsibilities

1. Understand Application domain and technology landscape

2. Identify high level functional and technical capabilities

3. Work with SMEs to get clarification  inputs

4. Analyze the code to come up with solution design

5. Create detail assessment document for each technical capability

6. Identify current business and technical challenges

7. High level code review to identify gaps in coding  development practices

8. Understand technical currency issues

9. Good communication skill

Minimum years of experience* :  8+

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Understand Application domain and technology landscape
